Welcome to the East Tennessee Holistic Health Fair! Presented by the East Tennessee Wellness Directory in partnership with our Community Sponsors, this event brings together local practitioners, wellness businesses, and community members for a day of exploration, education, and connection. Whether you're exploring holistic health, seeking new ways to support your health and well-being, or a practitioner looking to connect with the community, we invite you to discover the many paths to holistic wellness available throughout East Tennessee.
